Last night my co-passengers and I almost figured in an accident. One of the wheels of the public transportation I was riding on separated from the vehicle itself. I wasn't even aware of what happened being lost in many thoughts. I only felt that something gave way, I thought it was just a flat tire and then came this fleeting thought "why would a flat tire sound like metal scraping cement?" A passenger who was one of first ones to alight exlaimed "Where's the tire?" I uttered a "thank you Lord".
What happened last night was a miracle in itself. Yesterday morning at 8 something am I got an sms ending with the line "you'll receive a miracle today" true enough I got the miracle at 8 something pm last night! It happened near the church where I hear Mass.
The title is simply thanking God that I'm still here on this nice Friday. I also sent sms to all my friends as a form of saying thanks to Him.
