RH Bill Hates Life according to Bishop Oscar Cruz

I wanted to sleep but you know how it is, clicking link after link. I started with links on Cybercrime Law and ended up with this guy's essay supposedly against RH Bill. When I read the link title, I got interested, he does represent the CBCP and I want to understand why this group of men is vehemently opposed to this bill. Reading the essay, honestly, I couldn't understand where he is coming from.

Some part of the essay in his words:

"All these realities bring to fore the following standard tenets: First, the human person has God as its Origin and Destiny. Second, the human person is made to the Image of God, the One and Only Creator. Third, the human person is the reason why Christ became Man, suffered, died and resurrected from the death for the redemption and salvation of humanity."

Huh? How does that relate to for instance preventing maternal death? to sex education? to the right to an informed choice in family planning? In fact reading his entire essay you can't find anything even remotely, an idea that relates to the bill. I don't get it this bishop. Not at all.

Is this post libelous? See you guys in jail.

Add:
Too much moralizing. Didn't your Jesus tell you, "He who has no sin cast the first stone." I think it's more sinful to have more children you can't afford than preventing pregnancy in the first place. I often hear of the words sanctity and dignity of life. Where are those when a person uses poverty as a reason fro committing robbery or holdup in an attempt to buy food?
