So I needed to connect another device to this damn stick. I'm not dumb, the other device is suppose to detect some sorta signal and it doesn't. I didn't want to travel far just for that so I called CCR instead. Big surprise she doesn't even know what I was talking about. No big help. These phone companies they gotta put in a person who has technical know-how. That or I talked to a person without the proper training.
After explaining it to her in ABC fashion, she finally gets it. As I understand it I would still need to take my complaint personally to the ISP. Damn phone company. Eff your false advertising. That or they gave me the wrong device. Idiots.
